One more step
Dear Jim, Just received my CZ holster. When I use the "split J-hook", and install it around a belt loop, the "saggy waistband problem with cargo shorts" goes away. Some have suggested they're "crap", but IMO they are a better value than most holsters out there. Considering getting one for my TSW soon. You just can't go wrong with a FIST holster. I like the fit but I am on the fence with the tumb push off. The kydex is extremely thin but very strong.

The comfort seems adequate. A minute with a file finished and rounded the cut edge, and a drill bit and Dremel with router bit finished the screw holes. In an instant FIST had my name, address, and holster-order information on its computer. I had always enjoyed the OWB design of the Comptac Gladiator but knew it needed some tweaking to perform how I wanted in that design
