No problems tuning with and external tuner. Knowing the neighborhood was still being built out, I had plenty of resources around the neighborhood. They immediately backed off. Our nieces husband does concrete work so we had him dig the hole we placed a 4 foot form tube in with rebar and he filled it with concrete with the threaded rod that came with the flag pole.
