I just wash my nose off, peel and stick. This I believe, like the other drugs, is to prevent rebound congestion. The only complaint I have is that the didn't always stick perfectly especially if you don't put them on in exactly the right spot on your nose , and I wasted quite a few trying to get them to stick on just right. They should've bridged the top and bottom components with more adhesive and possibly more band material for better lift. I normally don't post when I see others have covered the same ground. I would recommend these strips to anyone.
